1. Identify your products and services 


Before start thinking about the location, costs, and expenses, you should identify the most important item in you small business which is "The product"


Depending on the product you want to sell or the service you're going to provide, you will choose all the related details to your business such as the appropriate location, clients, market, ... etc

 

There are multiple ways to create a product for your project. Either you can produce the product yourself or you can buy from large companies and resell it in your project.

 

Note:” Producing your own products can be costly and my requires a long experience because when you produce your product yourself, you should produce high quality products to satisfy your clients. So, if you don't have enough budget to produce high quality service, you should use the second way and resell large companies products and services” 


All you have to do is to choose the exact products and services you want to provide and identify the requirements to prepare your products and sell them in the market.




2. Improve your skills

 

Every business needs different skills to start working. So, you should know what are the skills that can help you build your business faster and make it more successful.


For example, if you want to start a business to sell cars, you need to have a good knowledge about the cars such as the cars specifications, prices, the most dammed cars in the market,... etc


As a result, you will have enough skill to buy and sell cars and get the highest possible profits,

Also, there are some general skills that every business owner should know like management skills, leadership skills. and communication skills as these skills can help you control your business property.
